"This is a very good course for learning how to write and practising English more generally. However, it requires time and consistency with the exercises — that’s where most of the improvement happens.

If you don’t dedicate enough time, you won’t get the full benefit from the course. The live classes are also very important to attend, as they are interactive and you learn a lot from them, even more if you watch the recordings afterwards.
